Terms & Conditions

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Garagey. Garagey is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Garagey only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.

Your use is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA on a matter governed by that EULA, the Standard EULA controls.

Garagey is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and the Standard EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Garagey for lawful personal purposes on supported Apple devices. Garagey's software, design, branding, and original content remain owned by us or our licensors.

Garagey is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer or automotive brand. Vehicle names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes.

Guest mode creates a private anonymous Garagey identity. A connected account may use Apple, Google, or email authentication. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and connected sign-in method and for keeping account information accurate.

Connect an account before changing or resetting devices if you want recoverable access to eligible Garage data and balances. When Garagey safely connects or merges a Guest identity, some account-bound records may transfer while one-time starter grants may be discarded to prevent duplicate grants. Garagey does not merge two registered Garages without an authenticated, supported recovery flow.

Garagey uses third-party AI to identify vehicles and create requested visual customizations. AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or visually unrealistic. Vehicle year, trim, specifications, performance, rarity, and other results are estimates for entertainment and personal collection—not professional advice.

Do not rely on Garagey for vehicle safety, repair, maintenance, legal, insurance, purchasing, valuation, or emergency decisions. You are responsible for reviewing results before saving or sharing them.

You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit. You grant Garagey and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested Garagey services.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that your photography and use do not violate law, private-property rules, intellectual property, publicity rights, or reasonable expectations of privacy. Do not use Garagey to target people or photograph restricted areas unlawfully.

Garagey may offer Free access, auto-renewing Plus or Pro subscriptions, and consumable capture-credit packs. Current features, prices, currencies, billing periods, and any trial are shown in Garagey and on the App Store at the time of purchase. Offerings may vary by region and may change prospectively.

• Apple charges your Apple Account when a purchase is confirmed.
• Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to Apple's rules.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings.
• Apple decides refund requests submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Deleting Garagey or your Garagey account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Capture credits are a limited, revocable license to request eligible Garagey operations. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred outside supported account-connection flows. Current starter and purchased credits do not expire; promotional, referral, and rewarded-ad credits may expire on the date shown in Garagey. Credits may be reserved when an AI request begins. Garagey returns a credit for an eligible verified technical failure but not merely because a completed result is unwanted or identifies no car.

Free users may see banner ads or choose to view a rewarded ad. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider and Garagey verify completion; delayed or duplicate callbacks do not create duplicate credits. Referral programs, reward amounts, eligibility, and expiration may change or end. Self-referral, automated viewing, account cycling, or other manipulation is prohibited and may lead to withheld rewards or account restriction.

You agree not to:

• Use Garagey for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• Upload content you do not have permission to process.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, payment checks, rate limits, App Check, credit rules, or safety measures.
• Reverse engineer or modify Garagey except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Scrape, automate, overload, disrupt, probe, or interfere with Garagey or its providers.
• Resell Garagey output or access in a way that violates these Terms or third-party rights.

Garagey relies on Apple, Google Firebase, Google AI, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, and NHTSA services. Their terms and policies may apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, including store availability, network outages, AI model behavior, or provider policy changes.

You may stop using Garagey at any time and may delete your account using the documented process. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, provider restrictions, or material violations of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to contact support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garagey is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect AI accuracy, permanent preservation of data, or compatibility with every device or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garagey and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business, arising from use of or inability to use Garagey. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these Terms prospectively. We will publish the updated Terms and date here, and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a beneficiary, consistent with the Standard EULA.
