Delete your Garagey account

1. Open Garagey and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Complete any requested identity confirmation.
5. Confirm permanent account and data deletion.

Guest accounts use the same Settings action. If a provider confirmation fails, keep the account signed in and use the email method below. Simply deleting the app from your iPhone does not delete the Garagey account or its cloud data.

We may ask you to verify account ownership. We normally complete a verified request within 30 days, subject to applicable law.

To keep your account but remove a vehicle capture, open your Garage, press and hold the capture card, choose Delete, and confirm. This removes the managed capture record, uploaded photo, saved general-area location, and associated AI customization variants.

• Your Garagey authentication account and profile.
• Your Garage, capture metadata, vehicle photos, and AI variants.
• General-area location saved with your captures.
• Referral, credit balance, usage, and reward records maintained by Garagey.
• Garagey's associated subscription-management customer record.

Payment and transaction records held independently by Apple remain subject to Apple's legal and accounting requirements. Limited security logs, fraud-prevention records, deletion evidence, and encrypted backups may remain for up to 90 days before deletion or irreversible anonymization, unless a longer period is required by law.

Deleting a Garagey account does not cancel an App Store subscription. To stop renewal, cancel Garagey separately in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
